  1. Why do you need two blogs? Also why do I have pay to watch a battle report? Youtube is literally littered with free battle reports. This seems to be a way to make more internet money through clicks and likes.

    1. Sorry you feel that way pal, but I have plenty of Freeview content available as well, so no need to subscribe if you don't want to ;)

    2. i'm with Emerson on this i am afraid. in an already expensive hobby extra things the community can otherwise view for free elsewhere, i don't doubt the quality. however when taking into account 99.999% of gamers whom know about the places to view similar it seems like it is a bit much charging for otherwise free material. but i will not oppose others enjoying the paid content, however i will at the very least check it out.
also good luck with this idea and website BTW ;)

    3. Thanks Samus, I appreciate the feedback. I'll always be releasing free content as well as my subscription content, and it is a massive support even if you just subscribe on YouTube, so thank you for taking the time to check it out.

Just to clarify, the subscription option is for people to have even more content if they like it, and in turn help support Tabletop Tactics. The more support I get, the more I can produce! It sadly takes a lot of time to produce Battle Reports (not to mention painting tutorials) at this standard; camera lenses and studio lighting doesn't come cheap, not to mention the time it takes to paint terrain and build armies for the site.

I Hope that clarifies things pal and thanks again for your feed back and taking the time to check Tabletop Tactics out!

  2. The quality of the reports is great, but the fact that you do not record the rolls or movements in the reports really takes the realism out of it for viewers. It might as well be a series of photos. I'm not trying to put your project down because I like your blog, but it makes the videos a little boring. Please consider my comments.

    1. Thanks for the feedback! I try to catch important rolls during the game, which you should see more in upcoming reports. I will take your comments on board and experiment with capturing more of the rolls on camera :)

    3. Very nice battle report. Camera, music, etc. were all very well done. I agree with some others saying that they like to see movement and some more rolls. But I understand that means longer reports and more editing. The report I watched was high quality with wonderfully painted armies and terrain. To me, that along with enthusiasm for the hobby is what really makes for good battle reports. Nicely done!

    4. Those are kind words, thank you. It is a very time consuming process making Battle Reports, so I try and condense them into a easy to view format and emphasis the story and drama of the game. I'm glad that you enjoyed it but I will definitely work on capturing more dice rolls in future :)

  3. I think this guys website is pretty boss. The videos are high quality too, not like the ones "littered all over the internet". I think for what you get $8 ain't bad. Cheaper than buying White Dwarf. I am in :)

  4. I'm on board. From what I can tell, the site is pretty new, but the quality of the videos are very high already and it's nice to see some personality from the presenters for a change :D

The newest batrep (DE vs Space Wolves) is excellent, and seems like there's been some money spent since the first video on lighting and audio.

The quality production and personalities made it a good investment for me, but in response to some of the earlier comments, let's not forget that the website subscription is ADITIONAL to the free YT content and is only there if you want more of it. I don't think this is a money grabbing corporation :D

  5. Thanks for the kind words! Actually I'm an actor who used to work in post production, and I happen to love this game that we all play! Just looking to put some of the best quality content out there and paid subscribers help support that going forward. Thanks for your support pal.
